DOE offers up to $1.66B for Plug Power’s hydrogen production

Electric car maker Edison Motors signed an agreement with hydrogen provider Plug Power to develop and bring to market a hydrogen fuel cell-powered electric city bus. Plug Power’s 125kW ProGen fuel cell engine will be used to power to Edison Motors’ electric bus platform. The companies expect to have a fuel cell electric bus prototype completed by the second half

Global energy companies TotalEnergies and Air Liquide have partnered with French construction firm VINCI and a group of international companies to launch what they are calling the world’s largest clean hydrogen infrastructure fund.
